Planned all plant and deployment of cable install teams throughout the whole project. Completion of all testing including all Form E completion to energise and entry into service.

Advanced Power Services
Work carried out
Installation of new ARCO System to protect new High Voltage cable from water egress. Assigned a team to install all posts with a new set of cables installed into the new route with security straps to prevent cable theft.
HS2- Tag & Trace
Balfour Beatty – Vinci JV
Work carried out
Deployment of skilled Engineers to tag and trace existing assets through a section of track to be removed shortly to make way for one of HS2’s new Tunnel under crossings. We complied a full report stating all locations of existing telecom cables with evaluation of points A to B of each section in question.
Live QR codes were placed on all assets in question for all other contractors to source valuable information at any required time.
HS2-Enabling Works
Balfour Beatty- Vinci JV
Work carried out
Full De-Vegeatation of embankments to facilitate for monitoring stakes and survey areas to be accessed for emergency monitoring whilst excavations commence. Drainage surveys were also completed to determine existing utilities throughout each area. Temporary access gates were also installed to allow for specific area access throughout the route.
Crossrail- East: Costain- Skanska JV
Work carried out
Installed LV cables through shaft floors and corridors. Ensured all cables were dressed to high standard within CMS systems provided.
Great Western Electrification Programme – G.W.E.P: Sonic Rail Services
Work carried out
Ensured all team members received OLEC 1 training and assisted the cable pulls on night shifts using road to rail vehicles. Competences used were Controller of Site Safety, Manual Handling and Personal Track Safety.
